When you accept the assistant notice, text, images and conversation context are sent to DeepSeek. Avoid identifiable personal or medical data. Images are normalised in your browser to reduce size and remove metadata; visible content may still be sensitive.

The text of your five most recent conversations is stored against your account so you can revisit it. Each conversation accepts up to 20 user messages. Active context is signed and expires after 30 minutes. Images and PDFs are processed temporarily: their files and extracted contents are not stored in the application database.

Quotas use pseudonymous account identifiers and expiring counters in Redis. The AI provider and hosting provider may process logs under their own policies. We do not promise zero third-party retention.

YouTube loads only when you press play, connecting you to that third party. Analytics, if configured, depends on your cookie choice.

The legal controller, operational retention periods, legal basis for health-data processing and international transfers must be reviewed and documented before commercial launch. This version describes technical behaviour and does not certify legal compliance.

PDF support is limited to simple text-based documents up to 2 MB and 5 pages. Encrypted documents, scans and unsupported fonts or object structures are rejected. PDFs are processed in application-server memory; extracted text is sent to DeepSeek for the response. Images are also sent to the provider. The application does not persist files; this is not a zero-retention guarantee for the provider or hosting infrastructure. Document contents are treated as untrusted data, not instructions. Accurate extraction and prevention of all misuse are not guaranteed.
