medviajes.com does not process bookings, payments, deposits or refunds, and does not act as a travel agency or a healthcare intermediary.
Each clinic, hospital, hotel or provider manages its own contracting, cancellation and refund terms directly. Review them on its own website and keep them in writing before paying anything.
Practical advice: always pay into the company's account, preferably by credit card (which lets you dispute the charge), never into an intermediary's personal account and never in cryptocurrency. Demand an invoice with the centre's registered name.
