How we are funded
Today this site earns no money: it carries no advertising, charges no commissions, sells no patient leads and holds no affiliate arrangements with any clinic, hospital, insurer or agency. It is funded from our own resources.
What would happen if that changed
If we ever added advertising or affiliate links, it would be disclosed visibly at the top of the affected page and here, with the date of the change. It would never be applied retroactively to already published content without saying so.
Ranking is not for sale
No clinic can pay to be listed, to move up, or to remove an unfavourable mention. Listings are ordered by documented criteria (verifiable accreditation, specialty, location), not by commercial interest.
Corrections
If you spot an incorrect or outdated fact, write to medviajes@protonmail.com. We correct it and record the update date.
